1. All Self-publishing companies are invited to join BookWhirl.com's Affiliate Program.

2. BookWhirl.com and the Affiliate are to discuss the program extensivly to suit the needs of the parties involved as seen fit and to finalize the Terms and Conditions, and to draft an Official Contract.

3. Agreements and decisions that have been made during affiliate meetings will be properly documented. Both parties will be given a copy for all documentations.

4. Changes in agreement should be properly addressed. Email notifications should be provided if any change will be agreed in both parties.

5. However, BookWhirl.com has the right to refuse Agreement revision proposals as seen fit.

6. Once both parties have signed the Official Contract, appeal for changes or revisions will not be given attention unless otherwise mutually decided by the parties involved

7. The Affiliate and BookWhirl.com are independent contractors, and nothing in their Agreement will create any joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

8. The Affiliate will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on BookWhirl.com’s behalf.

9. The Affiliate will not make any statement, whether on the Affiliate's Site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in their agreement.

10. Self-publishing companies that are interested to apply for the Affiliate Marketing Program are subject for evaluation and review.

11. Affiliate applicants that are fit for the Affiliate Marketing Program qualifications will be contacted by BookWhirl.com through phone or email correspondence.

12. All existing affiliates will be notified for any Affiliate Marketing Program announcements, updates, and concerns.

13. BookWhirl.com has the right to disapprove any affiliate applications without in-depth justifications.

14. Both BookWhirl.com and the Affiliate should strictly adhere to all Affiliate Marketing Guidelines. Any deliberate violation will immediately terminate the Affiliate Marketing Program between the two parties.
