Vicky was raised in southern Indiana. She is a freelance writer and has published several historical features in the Shelbyville News, the Indianapolis Star and WSVL radio. She graduated and earned her master’s degrees from the University of Akron and pursued her PhD at Ken State.
At present, Vicky teaches communication at Ivy Tech Community College in Bloomington, Indiana.
Vicky was the Key Club and Outstanding Nontraditional Student at the University of Akron.
She is the writer of the Hogarth. The book is about a one-hundred-fifty-year-old house that has witness interesting stories and memories of the Hogarth family. Read through the journey of the old house in Sethsburg in 1816 to its present-day occupants.
