My older brother, who's an architect, plans to publish a book about architecture and design. I'm quite skeptical about it. Maybe he'll just shell out his money on the wrong investment. Do you think this is a potential? Is it even feasible?

Architectural books are interesting but i think only a small percentage of the entire market can appreciate it. That's if you'd compare it to fiction novels.
