Can anyone tell me the difference between podcast and audio book? I can't seem to understand the difference between the two, or is there even any difference? Forgive me for being a tech illiterate. I just need help.

That's okay. We all need to learn new things. As to your question, a podcast can be either audio or video. It's a series of digital media files that are released by episodes that can be downloaded in various websites. An audio book on the other hand is a reading of a book recorded on tape.
