Hi! I know this is a petty question but i really have to ask. I need it for an assignment. What's the difference between a prologue and an introduction?

Hi George. Thanks for the question. Introduction is non-fiction while a prologue is usually fiction related. Moreover, the prologue functions before the main event of the story. It works like a backgrounder.
