I update my blog three times a week. However, when i go back at my posts, i find a lot of errors. I think i have a problem on proofreading my articles. Do you have any suggestions on how can i improve on this?

RE: Proofreading

I wholeheartedly agree with the idea of using MS Word or your favorite word processor. After that, share your writing whose opinion you value. After all, when it comes to writing, spelling and grammar are important. Writing is easy - writing well, is not.

Appealing blogs are always

Appealing blogs are always updated. :-) Maybe you can share your blog's URL on this thread. We'll gladly take time to visit and comment. Here are ways to improve your proofreading skills: 1. Read your copy thrice. This would allow you to omit unnecessary paragraphs. (It's best when you try to read it aloud.) 2. Double check proper names 3. Double check little words: "or," "of," "it," and "is" are often interchanged 4. Check subject verb agreement. 5. Read it again after reading another material. Hope my suggestion helps.

Proofreading

Write your post in a WP program, let it percolate for a bit, then come back to it with fresh eyes and read it over, read it out loud, then read it backwards.

Great Advice, Better Typography

I have to agree with AllBooks Review. First use a good Word Processing program to write your posts. Most have spell-checkers. Many have grammar checkers. Your content will improve. Read your post aloud. If it doesn't sound right it probably isn't.

Another advantage of using a Word processing program is that your typography will improve. You will get real quote marks, for example, instead of straight inch marks (“ vs. "). Other special characters like elipsis and em-dash usually transfer from WP to your Web site as well. Over all, you will get a much better looking site.

Thanks for all the advice

Thanks for all the advice guys! But i don't really have a problem with spell checkers since it's also pre-installed on most blog sites. But you sure did a good job on giving me tips. Thanks again!
